Job summary

A leading travel service provider in California seeks a People & Culture Business Partner to shape a culture that fosters employee engagement and support strategic initiatives. This role entails coaching leaders, handling employee relations, and driving HR practices. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to build relationships across all levels. This hybrid position requires working in the office in Costa Mesa twice a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive People & Culture/HR experience.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. multi-state employment laws and regulations.
• High emotional intelligence with exceptional coaching, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach leaders on performance management and employee relations.
• Lead end to end employee relations matters such as investigations and corrective actions.
• Champion culture, inclusion, and engagement within the organization.
