POET is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join the Sioux Falls, SD office. You’ll coordinate new hire orientation, manage learning programs, and support HR processes in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes confidentiality, organization, and teamwork, with opportunities to shape onboarding and learning initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in HR/psych/business and 2+ years in HR, plus strong communication and MS Office skills. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Business.
• Two years working in a Human Resources field or related role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and lead weekly new hire orientation.
• Manage Learning Management System content and coordinate learning programs.
