Thrive Aviation is seeking a People & Culture Partner to lead onboarding, HRIS administration, and culture initiatives. You will coordinate pre-hire activities, oversee New Hire Orientation in Paylocity, and help cultivate a strong corporate culture.
The role requires collaborating with leaders, handling employee concerns, and administering leave programs while maintaining confidential files and compliant records in a fast-paced aviation environment.
The People & Culture Partner is primarily responsible for administrative functions of the department, to include but not limited to new hire onboarding, culture events, HRIS administration, employee investigations, leave of absence administration and organizational communication. This role will work closely with employees and leaders from all departments to accomplish tasks and achieve long-term goals.
