Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Human Resource experience required.
• PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee appreciation and communicate reward programs.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Counsel and discipline employees per company guidelines.
• Support other departments as needed.
