Job summary

The Seagate Hotel, Golf & Beach Club, Autograph Collection is seeking a People and Culture Manager to oversee HR, benefits, compliance, staffing, and workers’ compensation. You will design training programs, develop compensation plans, manage HR systems and budget, and foster a positive, well‑organized workplace where associates thrive.

Lead the P&C team, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with payroll, and maintain accurate HR data in ADP while advancing DEI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or organizational development.
• Experience with ADP (HRIS) and large hotel operations.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Experience in compensation, benefits, safety, and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the People and Culture team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations (OSHA, EEO-1).
• Design training programs and develop compensation plans.
• Manage HR systems, budget, and payroll coordination with corporate.
• Lead DEI initiatives and maintain accurate HR data in ADP.
