Job summary

HHC Atlantic LLC in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a People and Culture Manager to lead all facets of HR, including associate relations, benefits, compliance, staffing, workers' compensation, training programs, and compensation planning.

The role supervises the People and Culture team, ensures payroll accuracy with the resort, maintains ADP data integrity, leads DEI initiatives, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with leadership to develop and implement people strategies that align with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
• Experience with ADP (HRIS software) and large hotel operations preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Active involvement in HR networks and community organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor People and Culture Coordinator & Recruiting Manager.
• Collaborate with corporate payroll and the resort to ensure accurate and timely associate compensation.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations including OSHA and EEO-1 reporting.
• Lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts, celebrating diverse cultural observances.
• Develop communication materials such as training and DEI calendars.
• Ensure accuracy of associate data in ADP and processing of Personal Action Forms.
• Partner with People & Culture and Security Director to maintain a safe work environment and compliance training.
• Address associate inquiries and legal requests promptly.
• Manage People and Culture inbox and paper mail.
• Maintain training metrics and monitor compliance with required training programs.
