You’ll join a cohort, participate in training, mentorship, and cross‑functional projects while gaining exposure to multiple HR domains at Morningstar in Chicago.

This ten‑week internship emphasizes collaboration, discretion, and analytical problem‑solving as you support internal processes, documentation, and partner initiatives

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in your second or third year of study.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and organizational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and problem‑solving ability.
• Demonstrated leadership or involvement in campus organizations or previous internship experience is a plus.
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations and service delivery by improving internal processes and documentation.
• Assist with analytics, process improvement, program development, and internal communications projects.
• Collaborate with HR team members and business partners to support organizational initiatives.
