Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Two+ years HR experience with recruitment, benefits, or general HR duties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS preferred.
• HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
• Supports Ex Corde Ecclesiae and Benedictine mission.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates recruitment processes, job postings and onboarding.
• Oversees benefits administration and annual open enrollment.
• Provides employee relations support and policy guidance.
• Administers training programs and ensures compliance with employment laws.
• Maintains HRIS records and generates routine reports.
• Coordinates events and serves on HR committees.
