Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience.
• Alignment with Salt & Light’s Statement of Beliefs and Mission & Vision.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to implement HR strategy, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
• Track and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training and certifications.
• Facilitate hiring, background checks, orientation, and employee recognition programs.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
• Handle inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors; support investigations.
• Attend disciplinary meetings and terminations; maintain compliance with employment laws.
• Develop knowledge of HR trends and regulatory changes; maintain confidential information.
• Create learning and development programs for employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
