The People & Culture Coordinator is responsible for coordinating policies and programs covering employment, worker's compensation, benefits, leave of absence, training, HRIS updates, safety and health. This position operates under general guidance or direction and is responsible for the overall accuracy and completeness of the People & Culture department.

Compensation: $26/Hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the staffing process coordinating hiring efforts with Talent Acquisition team.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Liaise with the Benefits Team to assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist the payroll and timekeeping teams with payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Organize and maintain HR documents, including personnel files and compliance records.
  • Support HR projects such as performance management, training, and development initiatives.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

  • Work experience in the HR department or related field.
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • BA/BS or AA degree a plus
