Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition through LinkedIn, job boards, college recruiting, internships, career fairs, and community outreach programs.
• Build and Promote Employer Brand by showcasing employee achievements, workplace culture, community involvement, and career opportunities across social media platforms.
• Drive Employee Engagement & Recognition through events and culture-building initiatives.
• Manage Onboarding & Orientation to ensure new employees are welcomed and integrated.
• Administer Core HR Processes including records, benefits administration, leave management, payroll coordination, and compliance reporting.
• Support Employee Development & Retention by partnering with managers on training and performance management.
• Serve as an HR Resource for policies, benefits, and programs.
• Maintain HR Compliance through recordkeeping, EEO reporting, and policy administration.
• Partner with Leadership & Corporate HR to support staffing and employment relations.
