Role Overview

As a Solution Architect specializing in UKG PRO PPC, you will develop and enhance our UKG practice by ensuring clients maximize their workforce management investments through quality execution, advanced configuration, and team development. Your focus will be on understanding client needs and delivering high-quality, timely, and budget-conscious solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design of UKG PPC solutions, including complex business requirement analysis and advanced solutioning.
  • Collaborate with project managers to manage resources, scope, timeline, and quality.
  • Ensure overall quality of system delivery through regular quality checks.
  • Facilitate working sessions, tailor strategic objectives to client needs, and create necessary documentation.
  • Mentor team members and support their development.
  • Provide pre-Launch advisory services, including pre-sales consulting and vendor selection.
  • Support configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades of UKG PPC solutions.
  • Participate in full project lifecycle activities and contribute to departmental objectives and new service offerings.
  • Maintain UKG certifications and stay updated on UKG releases.
Skills and Attributes
  • Strong configuration experience with PPC, especially in manufacturing, retail, and healthcare sectors.
  • High functional proficiency and project strategy knowledge.
  • Experience leading enterprise UKG Pro PPC implementations.
  • Advanced UKG Pro PPC system knowledge.
  • Ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in analytics within UKG WFM and tailored configurations.
  • Excellent client service, analytical, and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and applying new knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience with UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Timekeeping modules.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience supporting client projects involving Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, etc.
  • Experience with global/multinational UKG WFM and HR system implementations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Large-scale project management experience, especially with global clients.
  • Knowledge of other WFM and HR technology vendors like ADP, Ceridian, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday.
  • Understanding of business processes across different sectors.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
