Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking multiple interns across People, Communications, Change & Learning teams. These roles offer hands-on experience in talent development, onboarding, and communications that tell Regeneron’s story.

You’ll gain exposure to HR projects, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis, with a focus on strong writing and presentation skills. Most positions are onsite in Sleepy Hollow/Tarrytown areas, with some hybrid or remote options.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree and be returning to school after the program.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills are important.

Responsabilités

• Help attract, develop, and support Regeneron people and communicate the company story.
• Projects may include talent development, succession planning, and organizational design with HR partners.
• Engage in onboarding content, campus recruiting, and digital storytelling.
• Conduct interviews, analyze survey or program data, and contribute to trainings.
