This paired model lets you work with senior PBPs on strategy while handling day-to-day needs to keep programs running.

You’ll gain broad exposure across functions, build trusted relationships, and develop the toolkit of a high-performing business partner.

Qualifications

• Experience as a People Business Partner supporting G&A functions.
• Ability to operate in a paired-model with senior PBPs.
• Strong business acumen and people-centric mindset.

• Provide day-to-day employee and manager support across the organization.
• Consult on complex people matters balancing risk and practicality.
