Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Are you passionate about building strong trams, developing talent, and driving a culture of accountability and growth? We are looking for a People Business Partner to join our People Experience team and help shape the full employee experience—from talent acquisition to engagement and performance.

What You’ll Do:

This strategic HR role partners closely with leaders across the organization to:

• Drive employee engagement and performance
• Coach leaders on people strategy, compliance, and team development
• Lead employee relations and talent management initiatives
• Leverage data to enhance HR impact and decision-making
• Guide change management, hybrid work models, and HR practices
  
  
  

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of professional HR experience, ideally in a business partner or generalist role
• Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and coaching leaders
• In-depth knowledge of California labor laws and federal regulations
• Experience supporting change management, hybrid work environment, multi-state employees, and inclusive people practices
• Proven ability to partner with leaders to drive engagement, development, accountability

Typical office work environment. Hybrid work schedule may be available after successful completion of initial onboarding and training period.

Salary Wage will range from $115,000/year to $135,000/year. This salary range represents the base pay for grade 13 and does not include additional perks. The actual salary offered will be adjusted based on the candidate’s geographical location. Final compensation will be determined based on qualification, experience, and location.
