Hours: 28 hours / 4 days a week
The People and Culture Manager at Worcestershire County Cricket Club is the Club’s day‑to‑day lead for people matters, supporting the delivery of the Club’s People Plan and providing practical HR support to managers and the Senior Leadership Team. This hands‑on role covers engagement, recruitment, development, HR operations and compliance, while championing a positive, inclusive and high‑performing culture.
You will need to have the right to work in the UK or be able to obtain this by the start date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
This is a part‑time role working 28 hours per week over 4 days. You may be required to work occasional evenings and weekends during the Cricket season, with time off in lieu (TOIL) provided.
The salary for this role is £30,000 per annum for 28 hours per week over 4 days (equivalent to £37,500 FTE based on 35 hours).
