You will partner with HR leaders to design dashboards and self-service analytics to elevate decision making across the firm.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in People Analytics, with strong skills in Power BI, SQL, Python, and Workday reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years in People Analytics or HR analytics.
Experience with Power BI, SQL and Python required.
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Conduct workforce data analysis and produce reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Develop recurring workforce reporting (headcount, turnover, staffing) and improve efficiency.
Create reusable analytics workflows and self-service reporting capabilities.
Apply AI tools to streamline data preparation, analysis, and reporting with data quality controls.
Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data validity and confidentiality.
Collaborate with HR to model headcount, talent pipeline, and workforce planning.
