Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years of progressive experience in People Analytics, HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field; law firm or professional services experience preferred.
• Knowledge of People Analytics concepts, workforce metrics, and HR data structures.
• Experience with analytical and reporting tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python.
• Ability to prepare, combine, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with Workday or HRIS reporting and data visualization platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments and levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workforce data analysis and develop reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Produce and improve recurring workforce reporting (headcount, turnover, key HR metrics).
• Develop reusable reporting solutions and automated workflows.
• Apply AI tools to streamline data preparation and reporting.
• Gather, clean, combine, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
