Qualifications

• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with department representatives to recruit and retain highly skilled employees.
• Screens applications by analyzing qualifications and coordinates testing and interviewing.
• Administers leave programs (PDL, CFRA, FMLA, PFL, etc.) and monitors compliance.
• Delivers onboarding, orientation, and exits; maintains HR records and ERP entries.
• Gathers and analyzes data to improve recruitment, compensation, and employee programs.
