Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 6 years of related work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create Lean visual management.
• Experience translating complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis on highly complex data models with cross-functional impact.
• Applies advanced knowledge to a wide range of business issues.
• Develops innovative data solutions addressing complex business issues.
• Presents findings and recommendations to leaders.
• Develops business cases to support strategy or change initiatives.
• Collaborates with Directors/Managers across functions.
• Manages cross-functional projects or initiatives.
• May provide direction to other Business Analysts.
