Job summary

Operose Health Ltd is seeking a skilled HR adviser to provide timely, practical guidance across a broad range of people issues, including performance management, absence, conduct, capability and wellbeing.

You will deliver expert advice on complex ER matters such as disciplinary actions, grievances, bullying and whistleblowing, and help review and improve HR policies and toolkits to stay aligned with legislation.

• Deliver expert advice on complex ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, bullying and harassment, whistleblowing, performance, and sickness management.
• Support the review and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and toolkits to ensure alignment with legislation and industry best practice.
• Build strong, collaborative working relationships across the business, becoming a trusted point of contact for HR support.
