Job summary

Paychex seeks a dynamic Sales professional to grow our PEO solutions in the Nashville market. You will identify opportunities, present Paychex PEO capabilities, and expand our client base across brokers and end users.

You’ll leverage relationship building, negotiation, and a consultative approach to close deals, manage full-cycle sales, and onboard new clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A strong track record in B2B sales is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 5 years of relevant sales or sales management experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• 2 years of relevant sales experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Sell PEO products and services by developing new clients and increasing the client base.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments, visit referrals, and secure referrals to end users.
• Prospect for new clients and referrals outside current base via calls, mail, seminars, and events.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure a smooth transition onto the PEO service.
• Prepare and submit new business paperwork and weekly activity reports.
• Travel as needed for conferences, training, and regional/national meetings.
