InfiniSource Consulting Solutions, Inc. is seeking a professional to coordinate with the US Coast Guard regarding property management and logistics. The role involves managing various responsibilities including the sanitization of storage media and ensuring timely disposal of assets.

The candidate will work closely with Property Management and be responsible for updating work processes, scheduling appointments, and preparing necessary documentation for asset disposal.

Responsibilities

• Meet/coordinate with customer at Property Management for US Coast Guard and logistic.
• Verifications by cage code/ Loan updates for upcoming contract close-outs.
• Assist with updating work processes and procedures.
• Schedule turn in appointment for property in possession.
• Coordinate return warehouse for processing.
• Perform sanitization of storage media or hard drives.
• Prepare and complete necessary disposal tags and documents.

• Meet/coordinate with customer at Property Management for US Coast Guard and logistic.
• Verifications by cage code/ Loan Updates For upcoming contract close-outs/For APO reconciliation process.
• Assist with updating work processes and procedures i.e., flow charts, power point slides.
• Schedule turn in appointment for property in possession, 1-2 days before contract end date.
• Coordinate return warehouse for processing. Includes providing instructions and shipping information.

• As applicable perform any sanitization of storage media or hard drives, remove hard drive of property items to be turned in for disposal to DLA-DS or other disposal sites, and prepare and sign document verifying sanitization of media.
• Responsible for efficiently preparing and completing all necessary disposal tags and documents to ensure timely disposal and avoid unnecessary delays.
• Provide shipment IDs for assets received (per Asset Visibility Report)
