Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years supporting DoWHQ or similar military staff.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and managing official documents and staff packages.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive business operations, correspondence management, data governance and workflow support.
• Manage CATMS tasking and tracking actions for senior leadership; prepare staff packages and official correspondence.
• Maintain control systems for classified and unclassified documentation.
• Support front office workflow development and process improvement.
• Perform data deconstruction of policy, law, regulation into structured data elements and rules.
• Prepare governance packages for steward review; update data repositories.
• Engage with senior leaders and manage high-priority tasks under tight deadlines.
