Job summary

Wilson-McShane Corporation, a Taft-Hartley funds administrator, seeks a Pension Systems & Quality Assurance Analyst for a full-time role in Downers Grove, IL. You will analyze pension processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and perform valuation calculations for DC plans, while supporting data conversions and system testing.

Requires 3–5 years’ experience, MS Office proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree preferred; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

3–5 years of related work experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong Word, Excel, and Outlook skills required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Quality Assurance Testing experience preferred.
Taft-Hartley experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of internal pension processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Perform pension valuation calculations for multiple DC Pension Plans.
Liaison between internal and external parties (business and technical).
Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
Provide data analysis and translation support for data conversion to new systems.
Configure systems to meet business requirements.
Develop test plans and ensure changes are effectively tested (UAT, Regression, etc.).
Develop moderately complex queries and reports.
Log findings and elevate issues affecting resolution or quality.
