TIC Midwest, LLC, based in the Midwest, is seeking a Pension Plan Manager to oversee design, implementation, and ongoing compliance of pension programs for clients. The role emphasizes HR systems, benefits administration, and regulatory reporting, with travel to client sites as needed.

You will lead audits, collaborate with legal teams, and communicate complex pension concepts clearly, while maintaining confidentiality and client satisfaction. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Experience managing pension plans or retirement benefits.
• Knowledge of Taft-Hartley, ERISA, IRS guidelines.
• Ability to analyze pension data and provide insights.
• Experience with regulatory reporting to agencies.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Vendor management for HR systems and pension consultants.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end pension plan administration, design, compliance, and stakeholder communication.
• Follow Taft-Hartley, ERISA, and IRS guidelines.
• Collaborate with legal teams to review contracts and plan documents.
• Coordinate with counsel to ensure legal compliance in plan administration.
• Assist with audits and regulatory reporting to agencies like the DOL or IRS.
• Provide guidance on benefits administration related to pensions and other employee benefits.
• Support participant orientation and training on plan features.
• Maintain confidentiality and clear communication of pension details to clients.
• Stay current on pension regulations, HIPAA, and Medicare impacts on plans.
