Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Canoga Park facility in California seeks an experienced Level 2 Penetrant Inspector to join its 9/80 production environment, supporting NASA, Military, and Commercial contracts. You will analyze penetrant testing results, develop inspection standards, and ensure compliance with specifications.

Responsibilities include interpreting planning documents, creating work instructions, conducting inspections, and coordinating corrective actions for defects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 400 hours NDT/NDE experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret planning documents, drawings and specifications to establish penetrant inspection requirements.
• Develop work instructions from approved procedures.
• Conduct penetrant inspections and interpret indications for acceptability.
• Identify defects and determine corrective actions with engineering/vendor.

ASNT/NAS410 Level 2

POD Certification

Weld inspection experience
