Job summary

A leading construction company in the Midwest is seeking a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) Specialist to stage and erect prefabricated metal building packages for commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of PEMB installation experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This field-based role requires travel across Missouri and nearby states, ensuring safety and quality during the installation of building components.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of PEMB installation experience is required.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation for travel up to 75 miles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous labor.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret pre-engineered building drawings and blueprints.
• Plan sequencing and determine required materials for projects.
• Install insulation, cladding, and roofing systems for buildings.
