LayerZero Power Systems LLC. is seeking a PEM Machine Operator for the weekend shift at our Aurora, OH facility. You will fabricate sheet metal parts to customer specs, set up PEM machines, and run programs, reading blueprints to select fasteners.

This on-site role emphasizes quality, safety, and efficiency. We value hands-on technicians with 1+ year PEM experience, ability to interpret drawings, and reliable problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; technical or trade school preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience operating PEM machines, punch presses or similar equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic math skills and attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate PEM machines based on required PEM style fasteners.
• Upload and execute programs to make customer products.
• Read blueprints to identify fasteners and quantities.
• Validate parts meet customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and safety practices.
• Stand for extended periods and troubleshoot production issues.
