Job summary

The Jor-Mac Company is seeking a PEM Machine Operator for the 1st shift (Mon–Thu 5:00am–2:00pm, Fri 5:00am–9:00am) to operate and maintain precision PEM equipment producing high quality metal parts. You will monitor machine performance, adjust settings, perform routine quality checks, and document production data to support safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities emphasize teamwork, timely delivery to OEM customers, and adherence to ISO quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery, preferably PEM machines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor PEM machines to meet specifications.
• Inspect parts and verify conformance to drawings.
• Adjust settings and tooling for quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production records and report deviations.
• Follow safety protocols and keep work area clean.
