Sytech-Precision is seeking an Assembly and Hardware operator to run a Haeger machine and insert PEMs or other hardware into parts made from sheet metal and alloys. You will work to meet quality, productivity, and safety goals while maintaining strong customer focus.

The role requires following ISO quality policies and safety procedures, with attention to detail and teamwork. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and shift expectations noted in the description.

Qualifications

• Previous metal/fabrication experience including riveting, hardware insertion, and metal assembly.
• Ability to follow directions and work both in a team and independently.
• Must have good English skills (verbal and written) with excellent attention to detail.
• Basic math skills and ability to count parts accurately.

Responsabilités

• Log into data collection system before starting the job.
• Verify hardware installation using prints and ensure correct location.
• Align and bolt dies, adjust ram depth and pressure per setup.
• Align holes on workpieces with machine anvil.
• Insert PEMs or hardware into workpieces as required.
• Record job data and sign off after first run.
• Inspect in-process and finished parts for quality and conformance.
• Move completed parts to the next operation and log out.
