Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist for two outpatient sites, including University City Adults. Pelvic PT experience or related coursework preferred. This full-time role requires a state PT license and a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients, establishes care plan and modalities as warranted by diagnosis and patient needs.

• Sets functional goals with patient and provides evidence-based interventions with ongoing assessment.
