Formación

• Current state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy in Indiana.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver quality one on one outcomes driven physical therapy - pelvic health services.
• Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR).
• Conduct patient and family education.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload.
