Job summary

Origin, located in Round Rock, TX, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinic success. You will assess movement patterns, design individualized plans, and guide patients through evidence-based therapies.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas is required.
• Interest in women’s health and pelvic floor therapy is a plus.
• Recent grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize referrals, medical records, imaging, intake forms and patient history.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction via analysis and examinations.
• Develop individualized plans of care with patient goals and expected outcomes.
• Apply evidence-based interventions (therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, biofeedback).
• Evaluate and document progress, adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients about recovery expectations and coping strategies.
• Follow up with patients to improve adherence to the plan of care.
• Engage with providers and local organizations to expand care access.
• Supervise at least 1 student rotation per year.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
