Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
  • Active licensure or eligibility in Missouri and/or Illinois.
  • BLS certification required within one month of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a full patient caseload efficiently and informs supervisor of concerns.
  • Evaluates patients and determines a movement diagnosis.
  • Develops and implements tailored treatment plans including return-to-sport/work.
  • Completes medical records accurately and coordinates with billing and referrals.
  • Provides patient education and plans of care to patients and families.
  • Maintains contact with patients and referring providers to discuss progress.
