Job summary

Mercy Health Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to assess and treat adult and geriatric patients under the supervision of the Rehab Therapy supervisor. You will design individualized plans of care and collaborate with a caring, multidisciplinary team in a faith-based healthcare setting.

Qualified candidates hold an Oklahoma PT license (or eligible), BLS certification, and prefer 6–12 months of experience in rehab.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license to practice Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Six months to one year experience in rehabilitation preferred.
• Experience caring for adult and geriatric patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Supervise patients directly and rehabilitation technicians indirectly; supervise PT assistants in accordance with Oklahoma Practice Act.
