Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist with pelvic health expertise to join our specialized outpatient team.

This role focuses on one-on-one, 40-minute sessions across Boise, ID and Utah clinics, with flexible scheduling, sign-on options, and opportunities to advance into clinical leadership.

Candidates must hold OT licensure and pelvic health training; comprehensive benefits, mentorship, and CE support are included.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Completion of Level 1 internal pelvic floor training or equivalent pelvic health training.
• Strong clinical communication skills and commitment to evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pelvic health occupational therapy sessions.
• Deliver 40-minute evaluations and treatments in a patient-centered approach.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pelvic health team and pursue professional development.
