H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join specialty outpatient pelvic health teams. Opportunity includes private treatment spaces and dedicated mentorship, with a focus on one-on-one, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Completion of a Level 1 internal pelvic floor training course (e.g., Herman & Wallace).
• Pelvic health board certification such as PRPC or WCS preferred.
• Strong clinical communication skills and commitment to evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide pelvic health therapy in outpatient clinics.
• Deliver individualized, evidence-based evaluation and treatment.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and participate in mentorship and team reviews.
