Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Completion of a Level 1 internal pelvic floor training course (e.g., Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1) or equivalent Pelvic Health course.
• Strong clinical communication skills and a commitment to individualized, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide pelvic health PT/OT services in outpatient clinics.
• Deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pelvic health team.
• Mentor and support ongoing professional development within the clinic.
• Support supervision/training for COTAs and staff as applicable.
