Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist for 8-hour day shifts. The OT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy to improve functional status in alignment with treatment goals.

Qualifications include a CA OT license, a Bachelor's or Master’s in OT, and BLS certification. Relocation assistance is available for eligible external hires meeting conditions.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program; California license upon hire.
• Master's degree preferred or required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Active California OT license at start.

Responsibilities
