Job summary

The Origin Way, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas to support patient care and clinic success. You will assess movement dysfunction, design individualized plans, and utilize evidence-based therapies to reach patient goals.

Responsibilities include patient education, progress evaluation, and collaboration with providers. The role includes mentorship of students and opportunity to grow within a supportive team focused on women’s health.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas (TX).
• Interest in women's health and pelvic floor physical therapy favorable.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize information from referrals, records, imaging, intake forms and history.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction via movement analysis, pelvic exams and patient goals.
• Develop individualized plans of care centered on patient goals and outcomes.
• Apply evidence-based interventions (therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, biofeedback).
• Evaluate progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients about recovery expectations and coping strategies.
• Follow up with patients to improve adherence to the plan of care.
• Coordinate with providers and local organizations to raise awareness of clinic services.
• Provide clinical instruction for student rotations (at least 1/year).
• Additional tasks as assigned.
