Job summary

ACHE in Ashland, Ohio, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our clinic team. The role emphasizes comprehensive evaluation and treatment planning, with a preference for candidates willing to train in pelvic floor therapy and women's health.

Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00am-6:00pm and Friday 7:00am-4:15pm, offering a 40-hour week with inpatient weekend/holiday rotation and flexible scheduling within the care continuum. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for external hires.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
• Evaluation and treatment skills to address developmental and clinical needs.
• Professional initiative, time management and interpersonal abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and develops treatment plans.
• Delivers effective physical therapy treatments.
• Educates patient, family, and caregiver on care and prevention.
