Job summary

ACHE is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients within a comprehensive rehabilitation program. The role emphasizes planning and executing individualized treatment plans, patient education, and discharge planning to promote recovery and health.

The position requires BLS and Ohio license (or Multi-State Compact) with adherence to PHI policies. A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is offered, and travel is about 10% of duties, reflecting a dynamic clinical environment in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluation(s) and develops an effective treatment plan within the care continuum.

• Initiates and participates in discharge planning.
• Performs other department activities (documentation, billing, etc.).
