Job summary

Overlake Hospital Medical Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join the outpatient pelvic floor program in Issaquah, WA. The part-time 0.6 FTE role offers 24 hours per week with an 8-hour day shift, focusing on pelvic floor needs and collaborative care with primary and specialty providers.

Requirements include a WA PT license, BS in Physical Therapy, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of clinical experience (outpatient experience preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Must be licensed in the State of Washington as a Physical Therapist.
• Healthcare provider CPR also required.
• Minimum of one year clinical experience as a licensed PT preferred.
• Experience in outpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals for treatment based on evaluation.
• Plan and implement a treatment program based on physician orders and patient needs.
• Treat directly using physical therapy procedures and modalities.
• Reassess patient condition and update treatment goals at intervals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record and department systems.
