Overlake Hospital Medical Center in Redmond, WA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a part-time role in our Specialty Clinic. The position offers one-on-one patient treatment and close collaboration with Primary and Specialty Care providers.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Physical Therapy, WA license, CPR certification, and has outpatient experience; pelvic floor experience is a plus and mentorship is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington state.
• Healthcare provider CPR required.
• Minimum of one year clinical experience preferred.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Pelvic floor experience preferred.
• Mentorship available with Pelvic Floor PT Team.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals for treatment based on evaluation.
• Discuss goals with patient/family as necessary.
• Plan and implement treatment programs based on physician orders.
• Treat directly using PT procedures and modalities.
• Reassess patient condition at regular intervals.
• Update treatment goals as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records.
• Report to and consult with referring physician as necessary.
