Overlake Medical Clinics is seeking a licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist to join the Redmond Specialty Clinic team. This role focuses on pelvic floor needs and offers 32 hours per week with a path to full-time if desired.

The position provides one-on-one treatment time and collaborative care with primary and specialty care providers. Candidates must hold a WA Physical Therapist license, CPR certification, and have at least one year of outpatient experience.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Must be licensed in Washington as a Physical Therapist; CPR also required.
• Minimum of one year outpatient experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish goals for treatment based on evaluation.
• Plan and implement a treatment program per physician orders and patient needs.
• Treat directly using physical therapy procedures, modalities or techniques.
• Reassess patient condition at regular intervals and update goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records per policies.
• Report to and consult with referring physician and other personnel as necessary.
