JB Search Partners is partnering with a boutique PT practice in New Jersey to recruit a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, clinical excellence, and mentorship within a collaborative team.

Active NJ PT license (or willingness to obtain) and 1+ year pelvic floor experience preferred. Salaried 36 hours/week, 32 hours patient care, with 3 weeks PTO and 401K with up to 3% match after 1 year.

Requirements

• Active NJ PT license (or other active PT license and willing to obtain NJ licensure)
• 1+ year of pelvic floor experience preferred
• Ability to work independently, including patient care and related administrative tasks

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time salary: $90-110K
• 3 weeks PTO
• 401K enrollment with up to 3% match after 1 year of employment
• CEU credits and opportunities to host, teach, and participate with the team

Schedule & Structure

• Salaried at 36 hours (FTE); 32 hours of patient care per week maximum
• Flexible hours
• No evenings past 7pm
• No weekend hours required

Mentorship & Development

• Hands-on mentorship for the first 3-6 months, and beyond if desired
• Ongoing clinical development opportunities within the team
