FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist (PT) to join our innovative team. You will conduct evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized plans using advanced techniques and continued education to improve balance and vestibular function.

You will work with patients on vestibular, balance, and fall-risk issues in an autonomous outpatient setting, supported by a forward-thinking leadership and cutting-edge technology.

Qualifications

• Accredited PT program graduate.
• Up-to-date state PT license.
• Experience in outpatient balance, vestibular rehabilitation.
• Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehab plans.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Passion for vestibular, balance, neuro patients and fall-risk.
• Prefer 1+ year in outpatient neuro/ortho or vestibular rehab.

Responsibilities

• Perform new-patient evaluations and exams.
• Diagnose patients and evaluate activity limitations.
• Create care plans with goals and timelines.
• Prescribe and guide intervention techniques and exercises.
• Track patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients on continuation of care.
• Examine and evaluate new patients and establish diagnoses.
• Measure and track intervention effectiveness.
