Job summary

FYZICAL in Sequim, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team, focusing on orthopedic and balance/vestibular care with access to cutting-edge tools and continuing education through the FYZICAL network.

You will diagnose and treat patients across the lifespan, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a supportive clinic leadership and staff. WA state licensure is required; master’s or doctoral PT degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Master of Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT)
• State license to practice in WA
• Experience in outpatient balance/vestibular and orthopedic care

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients using PT techniques across the lifespan.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and reduce pain.
