Qualifications

• Accredited PT program graduate.
• Current TX PT license.
• Able to create outpatient balance and vestibular rehab plans.
• Autonomous work style with initiative.
• Passion for vestibular, balance, neurological and fall-risk patients.
• 1+ year in outpatient neuro/ortho or vestibular rehab.
• TX license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform new-patient evaluations and exams.
• Diagnose patients and evaluate activity limitations.
• Create and implement treatment plans with goals and timelines.
• Provide PT interventions and exercises; track progress.
• Educate patients on continuing care and home programs.
• Establish diagnoses and plan for vestibular rehab.
• Prescribe interventions and measure effectiveness.
• Educate patients on progression of care.
